We want the delivery and returns process to be as easy as possible. You are welcome to order your selected pieces and try them on in the comfort of your home.
Shipping is free of charge within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.​
Orders are shipped by Swiss Post as insured packages.

Delivery times:

Products in stock are delivered as soon as possible, typically within 2-5 business days.

Products marked as "preorder" are typically delivered within approximately 3-4 weeks. Note: such items are only produced once ordered.

RETURNS
We offer you 21 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it - it must be unworn and unused.

Once we received your returned items, we will issue a refund as soon as possible. The refund will be in the form of the original payment method used to purchase the product.

Returned items remain in the buyer’s responsibility until they reach us.
