We have a 14 day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, it must be unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

 

Please contact us at info@lukka-wear, if:

• you would like to request a return.

• the item you received is damaged.

• the delivery does not match your order (wrong product, something missing).

 

Once we received your returned items, we will issue a refund as soon as possible, but latest within 10 business days of receiving it. The refund will be in the form of the original payment method used to purchase the product. The return cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.

 

Alternatively, you can drop off your returns at Bergstrasse 87, 8708 Männedorf. Returns brought in person are free of charge.

Returned items remain in the buyer’s responsibility until they reach us.
