Rooted in Swiss craftsmanship and a commitment to slow fashion, we create garments of uncompromising quality.
Our longlasting clothes outlive trends and will be loved throughout many seasons.
All our pieces are designed in Zürich and made in Ticino, Switzerland under fair and ethical conditions ("Swiss Made").

All our components are sourced as locally as possible: zippers and embroidered fabrics from Switzerland, buttons and cotton jersey and cotton popeline fabrics from Germany, wool fabrics from Northern Italy.
Our "Botanical Pigments Collection" is designed by Miriam Barth (atelierdemyri) in Basel, Switzerland and printed in Northern Italy.

We work with the highest-quality fabrics crafted from natural fibers, selected for their exceptional comfort, elegance and durability.

High-end and elegant: Our luxury fabrics have a very elegant texture and are exceptionally longlasting.

Easy care: Remarkably, every LUKKA garment is machine washable, making luxurious materials easy to care for.

Natural: We use innovative fabrics made from natural fibers such as finest virgin wool and cotton.

Soft and light: All our fabrics are exceptionally soft and light so you can move freely and feel uplifted. Not only our cotton but also our wool fabrics are very gentle to the skin.

As local as possible: We source our fabrics from partners in Switzerland, Germany and Northern Italy.

LUKKA STORY
LUKKA was named after Vera's beloved Icelandic horse Lukka, which died just a few days before the start of this brand. In many ways, it was the embodiment of LUKKA.
​​
Lukka was gentle, human loving and strongheaded.
With her white color and sensitive nature, she stood out from the crowd.
Horses are strong, free, and present in the moment.
In Icelandic, the name Lukka means "the lucky one".
It can be feminine or masculine.
Her home in the far north is a place of wonderful colour nuances and functional design.

LUKKA was founded in 2024 and is based in Zurich, Switzerland.​​
VERA EIGENMANN
Founder & Designer
Vera Eigenmann (born 1987) grew up in eastern Switzerland. ​She studied International Affairs & Governance at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and spent the past decade working in the banking industry. In 2024, she founded the fashion brand LUKKA, bringing her vision to life by creating modern business wear for women. Recently, she studied Fashion Design at the Schweizerische Textilfachschule (STF).
​
Vera is married and a mother to a daughter.
